EmmG asked:

I went on a weekend trip and my luggage didn’t get in until the next evening. At this point I had lost potentially hundreds of dollars in sales at a trade show. Is the airport liable for this and how would I go about asking for compensation? Thanks!

No they are not as you cannot prove that you would have sold them things anyway

Quit looking to snag money that isn’t yours, make it in the show if you can.

  3. Mike V says:

No, they are not liable for anything if they got you your luggage back in a reasonable amount of time.

nope, you can’t claim for loss of potential profit.

Next time ship it FedEx ahead
