I am traveling there, and forgot if Kyoto Station had big lockers to store big luggage for a few hours. Do they?

Yes, there are lockers at several locations in Kyoto station and I have never had a problem fitting my luggage in. How big? There is also a luggage storage and they keep it behind the counter for you, I have used that also and really recommend it if the lockers are full or not large enough. fizzy stuff

JR Kyoto station has the manned baggage room at the basement of its center wicket that can accept large sized baggage kept temporally in daytime. You need to pay it though. Some large coin lockers are also available but almost always busy. bluemoonmemory

Take that to Lost&Found by you alone and let your buddy to pick it up after a few hours. Or you can do the both roles.

Don’t forget to say thank you for the officer there. Marilyn Monroe
