Are there any luggage lockers with 24 hours a day access in London?

There is left luggage at Victoria :
“left luggage” is a storage room, and items of all sizes can be left.
It’s not accessible 24 hours per day, only 7am - 11pm
there are no lockers … they were banned years back because it would be too easy for someone to plant a bomb or something in them … they do have a left luggage service where you hand in your bag or package or whatever over the counter to staff who store it for you
it says …
“The left luggage facility is open daily between 07:00-23:00. Please note, the last deposit or collection can be made at 22:45. All items of left luggage will be subject to examination by the use of detection equipment. You may be asked to open your bag for physical inspection. If you refuse, your luggage will not be accepted and the police will be notified”
