Besides the Dealer, where can I get the keys for the Luggage Rack on a Hummer H3?

When he called the dealership, they gave him some story about having to bring it in and take out the locks and make molds of them to make the keys! Yeah much easier…. just find a locksmith and he should be able to make you a key with out having to go through all that trouble.
Another possible solution is finding the manufacturer of the rack (most likely a vendor that makes them, not Hummer - might have name on rack somewhere) and contact them for replacement key
