Swirl asked:

I’m going to be travelling from North America to India soon. I was hoping to bring my laptop and a small stereo/boombox in my carry on knapsack. I know laptops are allowed through airport security, but will both be allowed at the same time? Is there any restrictions on the number or size of electronic items you’re allowed to carry on the plane at one time?

Both items will be fine to carry onboard at the same time, so long as they are within the size limitations for carryon luggage governing the airline you are flying. Those restrictions are likely found on the website of the airline you are flying.
