Can I pay and check in luggage more than my designated on Virgin Atlantic?

you can absolutely carry additional luggage with you by paying more (per Kg), which will be very costly,,,but if you can afford then there is no problem. But yes additional 23 Kg can be a problem. Sam Walker
You can pay extra for extra baggage. Check the airline’s website for more info and the airline’s specific rules and charges for excess weight &/or extra bag. It is expensive! I know some airlines charge US$500 or more for one extra bag on an international flight. Read their website thoroughly and carefully for up-to-date specific info. ibu guru
