Can I put smoke bombs in my checked luggage?

I’m flying sown to San Diego on Friday and I want to bring my smoke bombs. They’re just little balls with fuses in them and all they do is put out a lot of smoke. Am I allowed to put them in checked luggage without declaring them or can I maybe hide in in a metal container?

You could probably keep them in your luggage but not your carry, I’d probably just not bring them sounds pretty fruitless.
Are you serious? Don’t be silly. If you are caught, you will be in handcuffs so quickly your head will spin, empty though it may be.
