can i take tools through cutoms in my luggage?

I am travelling to Bulgaria shortly to some work on a house and i wish to takemy cordless drill and some tools with me.
Wil i be able to take my drill and tools through customs in my luggage, not hand luggage.

    You can put them through your luggage but noe your carry on.

    Sure you can as long as it’s in your check-in baggage, depending on the type of batteries they use, there may be some restrictions on the batteries, but tools in general are fine as long as you check them in.
