I want to bring back one small pack from japan to canada. I’m a minor though, and i dont intend to take them in my carry on. If I put them in my checked luggage out of the package, do you think they will notice/care?

The chances of you getting caught with just one pack of cigarettes in your checked luggage are probably slim and none. You should probably keep them in the package though, out of the package they will look more suspicious than in a package. Gerald J
