Can you bring cigarettes to USA in hand luggage, can you smoke on the street in Washington D.C?

you can smoke on any street in the U.S, just not in public places like the bank, restaurant, mall, etc. And yes you can bring cigarettes in your lugguage. ♥ Soldier of Love ♥
