You might look into air freight to have it waiting and see what the hazardous cargo rate might be. mike1942f
I was reading about this in yesterday’s Daily Telegraph. It depends which airline you’re flying with. Some are fine, others charge £100.00. proud walker

My father could not fly on an airplane with his portable tanks. He could travel by vehicle only. This was in 2003, there might be an up-date regarding travel on airlines though.
You might want to contact the airlines and ask if they have any suggestions or direction for your needs. Or you can call your local Aviation Security Office.
