can you take a blender as hand luggage on a plain?
Blenderman asked:
I am planning to take a blender with me on a trip from amsterdam to spain as hand luggage. Does anyone know if this is possible or would it be classified as the perfect hi-jacking weapon known to men?

lol! Yes you can.
I’d think they would think it is strange that you bring a Blender as hand luggage.. usual hand luggage is stuff like
Moisturizer,
Toothpaste,
Toothbrush,
Hairbrush,
iPod.. etc..
but a blender… i dont think it fits into that list
You could take blender onto a plain - but where would you plug it in?
Not a lot of electrical sockets on grassland …
Possibly the funniest question I have ever seen on here!! lol lol lol, cheered me up though, if you mean a plane, then Im guessing that you cant as there are blades in blenders which could be disconnected and used as a weapon they are mega careful now, I was stoppped from taking my lippy on board as the case was glass! Good luck though x lol x
There’s no reason at all why you shouldn’t take a blender on a plane as hand luggage. It will be safe in your hand luggage and won’t get lost. It is not the job for airline and airport staff or anyone else to question just why you need to take a blender with you and I’m sure it will be useful for making smoothies or blending baby food and whatever else you plan to do with it.
