I don’t think I can get a cab dispatched to my address for this. Or can I? If not, how do people get around in New York with luggage? My apt is on a quiet side street that sees very little traffic.

I will be relocating. I will be moving alone with 8 pieces of luggage- and I don’t think I can handle 2 trolleys. Wondering if I can get someone in the airport to help - and an estimate of charge.

Hi. Next September I’ll fly with Delta form Salt Lake to JFK and have 60 minutes after arrival to check into my intercontinental flight to Munich. In this time I have to get my luggage, switch form gate 3 to Gate 4 and find my check in counter.

Does somebody have an idea how much time it will take to get my luggage und switch the gates?

Thanks
Yes, I mean terminal 3 to terminal 4 (sorry) and
No, I wont fly with Delta to Munich. My airline overseas will be LTU. So I have to check in my luggage again.

Thanks, for the answers till now!

I know there is a place to store my bags in JFK, but I don’t want to go back to the airport before getting on the boat. Anybody have any ideas?

I have a 13 hour wait between landing at the airport and boarding on my cruise ship. You cannot leave your luggage at the airport and the cruise ship company will not sotre luggae in advance of boarding. I wanted to spend some time sight seeing around town but do not want to hall my luggage around. Any options for storage in town? I am willing to pay if it is a reasonable charge.
Can’t use a locker. After 9/11 New York and most other big cities removed lockers so that they couldn’t be used for terrorist purposes. When was the last time you saw a locker in a mall or anywhere else.
