How Long does it take to get your luggage at JFK?

Yes, I mean terminal 3 to terminal 4 (sorry) and
No, I wont fly with Delta to Munich. My airline overseas will be LTU. So I have to check in my luggage again.

They are usually pretty good about this. People have trouble when it is a 15-20 minute difference. 60 minutes is plenty of time to have a few beers and a burger and still make it. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get your luggage after the plane has landed. Good luck and have fun!
Is your Munich flight not on delta? it’s odd to have to recheck your bags when you’re transferring domestically. the luggage claim time depends on your airline and how behind they are on a given day. and do you mean terminal 3 to 4?
