We are checking into our resort at 3pm on March 8 and leaving on March 15. None of our families have large vehicles or will let us take our own cars. Any ideas would be helpful!

You could try sending it through on the Grey hound bus, call and see if they still do that.
Bus, Train, Flight, Multiple car road trip
A grey hound bus wouldn’t be that bad since all of you would be going together. But the station is on the other side of town so you’ll need to call a taxi to drive you all the way out to the beach. (Or call the resort you are staying at to see if they can provide transportation)
