If flying from Canada to Mexico, can we put aerosol products in our checked luggage?

thanks for your answers, but i feel like they are the total opposite of each other

are pressure propellant items the same as aresol? i guess that’s part of the problem?

    Makeup, Medication, Personal Items & Special Needs Devices
    Aerosol spray bottles and cans Yes - 3 oz. or smaller container Yes

    Flammable Items Carry-on Checked ..No, No
    Aerosol (any except for personal care or toiletries in limited quantities) No No

    If it contains propellant, pressurized gas, it is not allowed. Because it could explode at high altitude.

    no - unless they are less than 100 ml. regardless of whether they are aeresols or pressure propellants
