Is there any safe place to leave some luggage for a day in San Francisco?

It’s kind of far away, but you can take BART directly there.
Also, I have heard that Christian Science Reading Rooms store luggage. I don’t know if this is just an urban legend.

go to a place you always go and ask them to leave your luggage under their desk!!! i work at a gym and people leave their stuff behind our counter everydaY!!!!! but we definitely know them as regulars!!! Israel
