Remove odor from the luggage?

Hello,
I am going in the trip within a month. Few days back I went down in my basement to get our luggage to start packing. When I opened those, they had some bad odor, I think it is because my languages have been seating in my basement for last three years. I vacuumed those bags and sprayed ‘Febreze” and left those open for whole night. Next day the smell was gone so I packed some clothes. But now today I opened the bag again to pack more things and the odor came back. Now this time it is not just my bag, also all my cloths have the same odor. Some of the close I packed is dry cleaned only. I don’t know what to do. Please help me. How can I take that bad smell out from my languages and cloths and make sure it doesn’t come back.
