What airways do not charge extra for luggage?

My grandmother died yesterday and I need a flight to NY by Friday. I am curious what airways do not charge for luggage? I will only need 1 suitcase. I know Southwest does not but I checked out their site and they are not going to the area in NY I am heading to. Other than Southwest what other airways do not charge extra.
