My wife and I will be travelling with Ryanair. Can she carry a handbag as well as hand luggage?

These are things you can take leaving from London Keys, Wallets, passports, medicine, glasses, contact lens holders, Baby food, Sanitary items, and tissues. Also you have have a clear plastic bag to carry those items. So it’s not about me voluntary bringing it with me onboard, but if I’m allowed to bring onboard with me.
